This Guide is getting redone but it will take a while in the mean time if you need a breeding guide I suggest the following links:
This I can see a lot of people wanting so I decided to make one for everyone to use. =)
To breed pokemon you need a ranch block which can be crafted with a flower pot, a computer, and a piston in a crafting table. The flower pot should be on top, the computer under that, and a piston on the bottom.
Keep in mind it will always be faster to breed two pokemon of the same type. However it is possible to breed 2 different type pokemon. Pokemon can be breed as long as they are in the same egg group, and will create the base evolutionary form of the female pokemon, the exception being the Nidoran family. Genderless pokemon can only be breed with a ditto, and pokemon in the Undiscovered Egg group cannot breed at all.
Certain pokemon need to be holding a item while breeding to create their base form.
The two pokemon I know of that need to hold items while breeding are Snorlax(Full incense) and Wobbuffet(Lax Incense)
A ranch block will cover a 9 by 9 area or a 15 by 15 area when fully upgraded. To upgrade a ranch block you need a ranch upgrade which can be obtained via yellow boss pokemon. The ranch block will use the top most blocks in that area to determine how satisfied the pokemon is so if the ranch block is inside the ranch block will count whatever the roof of the ceiling is made of for the area. The more satisfaction the pokemon has the faster the pokemon will breed.
There are certain blocks that each pokemon require to be satisfied, which I will be posting below.
The rarer a block is the more satisfaction your pokemon will gain from it.
Please click on the link below for the blocks per area and their satisfaction level.

The pictures were to big to post to the forum. xD
The pokemons hearts will tell you if they are close to breeding. The hearts go from no hearts, gray, purple, blue, yellow, red. Red being the highest heart color possible.
If you right click on a pokemon while they are in the breeding area you can find out how fast the pokemon will breed.
To save you the trouble I am also posting the pokemon that are in the undiscovered egg group. This way you don't have to waste time tying to breed them like I did.
Thanks Mr Fuzzy Butt -_-
