hey guys, wowno here.
So heres why I've been jailed as I'm sure some of you already know, I stole. The land was unclaimed so I thought it was okay, after I stole the items I read the rules to make sure I wasn't breaking any. The rules say nothing about not stealing. It says no griefing, but I didn't grief anything, I simply stole. If I wanted to steal I would of stole from my faction, but I'm not like that, because I know stealing is wrong, but I didn't know your not allowed to if the land is unclaimed.
I'm truly sorry for my actions, I honestly didn't realize that I was breaking the rules until after the damage was done. I've been jailed for 3 days for simply not knowing I was breaking the rules. To me that seems a bit much, but after all it is the staffs decision and I respect that. I'm just not sure if it was the best option.
I'm truly sorry for my actions, ~Best Regards wowno

Stealing is still griefing... And it's just common sense to NOT steal stuff.

At least wonwo was nice in his appeal. There aren't many people who take the time to explain their reasoning. Usually it's just people begging to get out, but wonwo gets it. You do need jail time because you griefed but props to you for the appeal. I don't know if I'm making my point or not but just in case I didn't, I like this jail appeal because he does respect the staff's decision. Now, the appeal is not perfect, as he does controverse himself every now and again but I like his appeal. I suppose I'm done typing.
